Whilst you can get lost in a maze, with all those confusing turns and dead ends, you will never get lost in a labyrinth! All you need to do is to walk following the winding path as it takes you on a journey to the centre and back to where you started.
This is an opportunity to spend some time with yourself as you explore a gentle, inspiring meditative practice. Labyrinths are an archetypal, universal symbol that does not belong to any faith or culture, and does not require any previous experience.
We will open the labyrinth on Saturday 14th October at 12.30.
At that time, we will briefly talk about what a labyrinth is and give you a few suggestions to embrace this practice, especially if you are new to it. We will also spend some time there with our Tibetan bowls and – who knows! – maybe even a gong to accompany your journey.
Do not worry if you cannot attend at that time. The labyrinth will be there for everyone to enjoy until Sunday at 17.00. The only time you will not be able to access it is during the gong bath on Sunday between 14.15 – 16.00. We will leave some brief information by the labyrinth for those who have never walked a labyrinth before.
Please note that the labyrinth will be indoors on the first floor, lifts are sadly not yet available so accessibility is currently limited.
We hope to see many of you walking the path.
With blessings – The Soul Path 🙏🏻💙
