Family and Systemic Constellations

Family and systemic constellations are a well‑established method for exploring unconscious patterns.

Originally developed by Bert Hellinger at the end of the last century, this approach was created to understand and heal the impact of family history on descendants. When ancestors experienced trauma, violence, injustice, or were unable to fulfil their destiny, later generations may unconsciously carry the task of repairing what was disrupted. This can show up as repeated failures, difficult relationships, financial hardship, ill health, or other signs that something in the system is not flowing as it should.

Over time, this method spread across the world, enriched by many practitioners who expanded its application. What began as a way to explore family systems is now used in all areas of life, including health, work, and deeper existential themes.

How does it work?

Constellations can be offered one‑to‑one or in a group setting.

Depending on the format, the facilitator will invite you to intuitively position either other participants or objects such as chairs, pebbles, or post‑its to reveal the unconscious image that is shaping your story. At your own pace, you may observe their interaction and explore different positions to discover what brings greater harmony and balance between all forces involved.

This process gently unfolds the story behind your issue and helps you see what is truly present in the field — the essential first step toward healing. Accepting what is allows the internal (and often external) struggle to soften, opening the way for new solutions to emerge.
