Happy Meals for the Soul

Practical nourishment for your mind, body and soul

We feed our bodies every day. We know that without regular food and water, we simply can’t survive.

But what about the other kinds of nourishment we need?

When life gets busy, it’s easy to overlook the things that restore our energy, calm our nervous system and bring us back to ourselves. Sometimes that leaves us with a sense that something is missing — without quite knowing what we need.

Happy Meals for the Soul is a new series of short, practical online sessions designed to help you reduce stress, increase energy and reconnect with your sense of wellbeing.

Drawing on 25+ years of clinical experience, we’ll explore practical tools rooted in both the ancient yoga tradition and modern neuroscience. You’ll have the opportunity to try the techniques for yourself, notice what works for you and begin to develop your own personal practice.

Happy Meals for the Soul is designed as a practical wellbeing and self-development offering. It does not replace individual therapy or medical care, and the sessions are not recommended for people experiencing active psychosis or severe trauma symptoms.

Your safety matters

The most important thing when attending our classes and workshops — online or in person — is your safety, comfort and wellbeing.

Yoga practices may include physical movement, breathwork and meditation. Please listen to your body throughout the session. If something causes pain, discomfort, distress or feels unsuitable for you, please pause, adapt the practice or stop. You are always welcome to take a break and speak to the teacher/facilitator if you are unsure.
